Give the firm name room to be seen
A strong reception wall starts with a clear focal point. Place the firm’s logo where it remains visible above the desk and readable from the entrance. Scale, contrast, lighting, and the desk height all affect how the finished design feels in person.
Design for the whole room
The graphic should work with the furnishings and architecture rather than compete with them. A restrained backdrop can let an established logo carry the wall. A more detailed composition might introduce color or visual cues from the firm’s identity, while preserving a professional atmosphere.
Plan around the actual wall
Before final artwork, measure the printable area and review the surface, outlets, signs, and sightlines. With direct-to-wall printing, the design can sit directly on a suitable prepared surface. Wall Stories Creative plans artwork to fade before the ceiling, floor, and side edges rather than promising a print to every boundary.
A photograph of the reception area, approximate wall dimensions, and a usable logo file are enough to begin a conversation. We can develop a layout around what visitors will actually see when they walk in.
